How important is mobile-first customer service?

For mobile customer service, it is perhaps one of the most critical considerations for a company because we all carry this massive supercomputer that has tremendous functionality with us every moment of every day.

It is known as our smartphone.

And with that smartphone we have the ability to act in real time and we expect companies to do the same.

So if I have a problem, I want an immediate solution. I want to be able to understand my account.

I want more information about a product.

I want it all in the moment and I also want assistance in the moment.

All of that is delivered via that mobile platform.
