I’m working with you you’re in my organization you’re consulting with me everything’s going great we’re doing things and now I’m getting into a community strategy now I want you to help roll up your sleeves with me and give me advice best practices on where do I begin what should what are the basics in my community strategy.

You know I’m going to just give you one key point about communities and in terms of that strategy and that is I think seek out things that make you feel uncomfortable you know try to find some of that negative feedback some of those things that are the honest forthright communications for members of the community don’t stack the community just with people who are fans and advocates because that’s not going to make you feel really good but it’s not going to actually give you insight that you can use to improve the business.
