It starts on the front end in terms of you know product development so what are the one of the features and what are the benefits that customers really need I think it obviously helps us work through kind of customer support, but I think I just on a broader basis it’s about you know winning the kind of the hearts and minds you know it’s connecting the brand to the customer in a really authentic way. I think that community’s help us to kind of unlock that magic if you will you know bring those two together.
