Why apply machine learning to a problem like this? I think that in the case of at attrition, it’s a very clear case. You know, there is money on the table, there’s an opportunity to protect existing revenue and AI helps us to do that. But there are other scenarios and other use cases that could be relevant as well as including being able to reduce costs, be able to improve customer satisfaction and reduce risks. There’s this, this AI development process is a similar process that could be applied to a range of different business problems.
