Founded to unite trusted partners with online and live banking communities, the Council aims to test new ideas and solutions in bank innovation through research, design, engineering, integration, and marketing expertise.
The spirited discussions at the launch party in New York City on September 10, 2013 highlighted the importance of using data to drive better business decisions. Beyond the Arc CEO, Steven Ramirez was a featured speaker, and talked about what “innovation” should really mean:
